Action Sports Company offers standard UPS Ground Delivery
within the continental U.S. We will ship internationally. Please
contact our customer service department for more details.
Processing:
Your order will be shipped 3 - 5 business days after placing
your order. Please contact our customer service department if your
order is being delivered via truck line. Our representatives will
be happy to assist you in obtaining accurate delivery information
and pricing.
Shipping Surcharge:
Some items may have an additional shipping and handling
surcharge. ( Please refer to individual products for details)
Returns:
Should you need to return merchandise, please contact our
customer service department to obtain a RMA number. (return
merchandise authorization.)
Repack the merchandise and return it to the following address.
Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the box
to ensure proper credit:

For your benefit, please return your merchandise with an
insured courier (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain
your receipt. Action Sports Company is not responsible for damaged
or packages lost in transit.
If you are returning merchandise because it is damaged,
defective, or was an incorrect product, Action Sports Company will
provide you with a prepaid UPS return label.
Pool tables are shipped in two crates, one holding the table
and hardware and the other holding the slate. The truck line
picks up the tables from the warehouse and delivers them to the
customer’s home. Please note this is curbside delivery.
Liftgate service is an additional fee and must be specified when
the order is placed. The truck line company will call the
customer 1-2 days prior to make delivery arrangements.
Normal delivery is 1-2 weeks and a tracking number is provided.
