Forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, cashier’s check, money order or school
purchase orders are accepted.
Warranties:
Action Sports Company baseball products carry a 1-year
warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects.
Custom golf clubs carry a 1-year warranty
against manufacturing and assembly defects including workmanship
and materials (except for abuse and misuse). Custom orders
are non-refundable because the clubs are custom made for the
customer.
With the exception of the Madison and the
Carter, a lifetime warranty for all Action Sports Company pool
tables are provided to the original purchaser only if the table is
installed by a professional pool table installer. The
warranty does not include pockets, rail cushions, cloth, or pool
table accessories. In order to utilize warranty, proof of
professional installation (i.e. receipt, work order, etc.) and
proof of damage must be provided.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON POOL TABLES AFTER
THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
If a return is needed, please contact us for instructions.
Action Sports Company charges a 10% restocking fee with a minimum
$10 charge for unused products and a 25% restocking and reselling
fee if the product has been used. Incomplete returns will
not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all
original accessories, parts and packaging. Warranty
replacement is available for defective products that are covered
by a manufacturer’s warranty at any time during the warranty
period. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees
which are non-refundable.
